Every month, we give Rafiki Mwema a donation to sponsor ‘Elizabeth’ – a child in Kenya. The situation these young children face is horrific so we wanted to help as much as we could. We no longer create our Rafiki Mwema polish so this is how we continue to support them.
Rafiki Mwema is a non-profit organisation created by two pioneering women, Anne-Marie, from the UK, and Sarah, a local, from Lennox Head near Byron. Together they raise money to help young sex abuse survivors from Kenya to live safely and understand their frightening experiences.
Heartfelt Homes provides subsidised accommodation for regional, rural and remote families of patients in hospitals far from home. By keeping families connected during these difficult times, it helps everyone involved, including the patient.
When listening to Caroline’s personal journey and how it motivated her to start Heartfelt Homes, we were truly moved and inspired to help as much as we could. With her, we created a glitter bomb red charity collaboration colour- Heartfelt Homes. All the profit from the sales of that nail polish goes direct to the organisation.
Based in Byron Bay, Future Dreamer Girls Club is a safe, uplifting and interactive space for girls and women to be supported and have a fabulous time in the process! It offers a range of age-appropriate, specifically designed activities and events to inspire, connect, challenge and celebrate being a young woman today.
We spent time with the fabulous Future Dreamers team and 30 of the energetic, bubbly 11 year olds that regularly attend their events at the HQ. You can see more about it on our Blog Post: Sienna X Future Dreamers
We created a limited edition Blue pearl polish to raise money to support them. All profits from the sale of that colour went direct to them.
It was a fun weekend, full of smiles, sparkles and a whole lot of nail polish!
